Why?

You may be thinking, why not just have a group of dedicated programmers working on this program? Well, if we did that we would only have the ideas from these people. If anyone can develop this program then we can have ideas from... well... anyone! If you are using Community Browser and suddenly think, hey... wouldn't it be great if this browser could [...] or how cool would it be if this browser had a [...] you can either submit your idea to the wish list or, if you know what to do, you can add the feature yourself and watch as others enjoy using your new feature.
